GATE 2026 CSE Admit Card on Jan 2; Exam on Feb 8 in Two Shifts

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has officially announced the GATE 2026 Computer Science and Information Technology (CSE) admit card release date. As per the latest update, the GATE 2026 CSE admit card will be available for download from January two, twenty twenty six on the official GOAPS portal. The GATE 2026 CSE examination will be conducted on February eight, twenty twenty six, in two shifts on the same day. Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam will be able to download their hall tickets using their enrolment ID and password.

GATE 2026 CSE Exam Date and Shift Timings

IIT Guwahati has scheduled the Computer Science paper in the following two shifts:

• CS1 Shift: February eight, morning shift from nine thirty AM to twelve thirty PM
• CS2 Shift: February eight, afternoon shift from two thirty PM to five thirty PM

The overall GATE 2026 examination window will be held on February seven, eight, fourteen, and fifteen, covering all engineering branches across multiple sessions.

The GATE 2026 CSE paper will be conducted in computer-based test mode with a total duration of three hours. The exam will carry one hundred marks, divided between two sections.
