The Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, has started the admission process for FTII JET 2025. Candidates whose names appear in the revised final merit list can now secure their admission by paying the Seat Acceptance Fee through the official portal before the deadline. FTII released the FTII JET 2025 revised final merit list on October 24, 2025, featuring the names, roll numbers, and combined JET scores (Stage I and II) of selected candidates. Those shortlisted must complete the payment of ₹50,000 to confirm their seat.
FTII JET 2025 Admission Process
The ongoing admission round is for postgraduate diploma and postgraduate certificate courses in both the film and television wings of FTII. Candidates who qualified through the FTII JET entrance exam 2025 are required to pay the acceptance fee to secure their position before final admission formalities such as document verification and medical fitness checks.
FTII Seat Acceptance Fee Details
The Seat Acceptance Fee is a one-time payment made by shortlisted candidates to reserve their seat provisionally. The amount of ₹50,000 will later be adjusted against the course fee after the candidate’s final admission is confirmed. However, FTII has clearly mentioned that this fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Candidates who fail to complete the payment within the given timeline will lose their allocated seat, and it will be reassigned to the next eligible candidate in the merit list.

Only those candidates whose names and roll numbers appear in the FTII JET Revised Final Merit List 2025 are eligible to pay the fee. These candidates must ensure that all details entered during payment match their FTII application details. The payment process is being handled via the State Bank Collect (SB-Collect) portal, a secure payment gateway used by FTII for all official transactions.
How to Pay the FTII JET Seat Acceptance Fee 2025?
Candidates can follow the steps below to complete their payment successfully:
- Visit the SB-Collect Portal at onlinesbi.sbi.bank.in/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm.
- In the search bar, enter “FTII FEES ACCOUNT”.
- Under ‘Category,’ choose “FTII JET 2024–2025 Seat Acceptance Fee.”
- Fill in the required details such as:
- Full Name (First, Middle, and Last)
- Date of Birth
- Email ID and Mobile Number
- Roll Number
- Enter the captcha code and click ‘Next’.
- Pay the fee online and download the payment receipt for future reference.
