The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi has achieved 100 percent summer internship placements for its MBA batch of 2025–27. All 300 students in the cohort received offers from leading recruiters spanning consulting, marketing, finance, and product management domains. According to official data released by the institute, the average stipend reached INR 3.42 lakh for the two-month internship, reflecting a 27 percent increase compared to the previous year. The highest stipend offered touched INR 5 lakh, while the median stipend stood at INR 3.2 lakh.

Consulting, Marketing, and BFSI Lead Recruitment

The consulting and strategy segment accounted for the largest share of offers, followed by sales and marketing, finance, and general management profiles. Top recruiters from sectors such as FMCG, BFSI, technology, and e-commerce participated actively. Prominent recruiters included Deloitte, Accenture Strategy, Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), Amazon, ITC, PwC, Kearney, ICICI Bank, Samsung, and Flipkart, among others. The diverse range of companies reflected the institute’s strong industry linkages and its focus on practical learning and domain expertise.

 

Consistent Upward Trend in Stipends

Over the past three years, FMS Delhi has recorded steady growth in internship stipends, driven by the increasing presence of global recruiters and evolving market demand for managerial talent.
