ETS India and Credila Financial Services Limited, India’s largest education-focused NBFC, have jointly announced the launch of the ‘TOEFL SUPER 50’ contest. This nationwide initiative will recognise 50 students through a ₹10 lakh prize pool, making it one of the largest support programmes for Indian study-abroad aspirants.
Free TOEFL Test Prep and Financial Literacy Support
To participate, candidates must first attempt the Global Scholar Challenge rolled out by ETS India. Every participant will gain free access to:
- Full-length TOEFL scored practice tests
- TOEFL Official Test Prep eBook
- An online financial literacy masterclass hosted by Credila
In addition, students opting for an education loan from Credila will receive discounts on loan processing fees, easing their financial journey abroad.
Why the Initiative Matters
India is one of the top contributors of international students globally. With rising competition, strong English proficiency and financial readiness have become essential. ETS data shows that 85% of TOEFL test takers successfully secured visas, underlining the test’s role in admissions.
The TOEFL SUPER 50 builds on this success by combining academic preparation with financial literacy. Students who register and book the TOEFL iBT® test by December 15, 2025, and take the exam by December 31, 2025, will gain access to official prep resources and mock tests.
Leaders’ Perspectives
Sachin Jain, Country Manager, ETS India & South Asia, stated: “Indian students are shaping classrooms across the world. At ETS, we see our role as helping students put their best foot forward through globally accepted assessments like TOEFL and initiatives that build confidence and readiness.”
Hitesh Parashar, Chief Business Officer, Credila, added: “Financial planning is often the most daunting part of the study abroad journey. Through our partnership with ETS India, we aim to demystify this process, providing students and families with guidance and practical insights.”
TOEFL’s Global Acceptance
The TOEFL test is recognised by leading universities across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and beyond. Candidates can choose to take it at test centres or online from home. With TOEFL SUPER 50, ETS India and Credila reaffirm their commitment to supporting Indian students—not just in language testing but also in building financial preparedness for a successful international education journey.
