DU UG Mop-Up Round 2025: Admission Based on Class 12 Marks

Delhi University (DU) has opened the Mop-Up Round 2025 for undergraduate admissions. Unlike previous rounds, this process will be conducted based on Class 12 board marks instead of CUET scores. The application process begins today, September 4, 2025, through the official DU CSAS portal – admissions.du.ac.in.

Who Can Apply for DU Mop-Up Round 2025

The university has issued strict eligibility rules for applicants.

  • Students already admitted to any DU programme through CUET-based counselling are not eligible.
  • Applicants registered on the CSAS UG 2025 portal but not admitted by 5 PM on September 4 can apply.
  • The mop-up round will only consider vacant seats across colleges and courses.

 

DU Mop-Up Round 2025 Application Process

The application process for the mop-up round will be held online. Candidates must ensure accurate submission of details.

  • Visit the official website: admissions.du.ac.in.
  • Log in using CSAS UG 2025 portal credentials.
  • Click on the Mop-Up Round tab.
  • Fill out the registration form and upload necessary documents.
  • Pay the prescribed application fee in INR to complete the process.

 

DU Mop-Up Round 2025 Admission Confirmation

The seat allotment will take place between September 8 and 11, 2025. Selected candidates must confirm their admission by paying the prescribed fees by September 13, 2025. Delhi University has clarified that candidates already admitted on CUET scores will not be permitted to participate in this round.
