Successful candidates may begin online registration for their Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration starting January 19, 2026. The entire process will be conducted through the official PRC online system. Before listing the required documents, here is a short explanatory note: PRC mandates that newly licensed professionals complete their registration personally to validate identity, finalise documentation, and sign the official Roster of Registered Professionals. Candidates must ensure the accuracy of submitted documents to avoid processing delays. Required documents for PTLE registrants:
- Duly accomplished Oath Form (printed copy)
- Notice of Admission (for identification)
- 2 passport-sized photos with name tag
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 short brown envelope
