NTA will close the CUET UG 2026 application form correction window today at 11:50 PM. Registered candidates can edit permitted details online before the deadline, ahead of the May 2026 examination schedule.
(NTA) will deactivate the correction link at 11:50 PM on 11 February 2026. Registered candidates can edit permitted details in their application form through the official website cuet.nta.nic.in. The application process for CUET UG 2026 concluded earlier this month, and this is the final opportunity for candidates to rectify errors in their submitted forms.
CUET UG 2026 Form Correction: Important Dates and Deadline
The correction facility was opened after the conclusion of the registration process. NTA has specified a strict deadline for making modifications. Key dates are as follows:
- CUET UG 2026 registration closed on 4 February 2026
- Last date to pay application fee was 7 February 2026
- Form correction window closes on 11 February 2026 at 11:50 PM
Candidates are advised to complete all changes well before the deadline, as no further opportunity for corrections may be provided.
How to Edit CUET UG 2026 Application Form at cuet.nta.nic.in?
The correction process is completely online. Candidates must log in using their credentials to access editable sections. To modify the CUET application form, follow these steps:
- Visit the official website cuet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the link titled “CUET UG 2026 Application Form Correction.”
- Log in using the Application Number and Password.
- Verify identity through the OTP sent to the registered mobile number or email ID.
- Access the editable fields and make necessary changes in permitted sections such as personal details, academic information, subject selection, or exam city preference.
- Review all details carefully before final submission.
- Submit the form and download the updated confirmation page for future reference.
If applicable, candidates may be required to pay an additional correction fee to confirm the changes.
CUET UG 2026 Exam Schedule and Next Steps
After the closure of the correction window, NTA is expected to release the CUET UG 2026 advance intimation slips. These slips typically contain subject details, exam city, and shift timing information and are issued around 10 days before the examination. The CUET UG 2026 examination is tentatively scheduled to be conducted between 11 May 2026 and 31 May 2026 in computer-based mode. Following the exam and result declaration, participating universities will release their admission notification, cut-off marks, and merit list for undergraduate admissions. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates regarding exam city intimation, admit card release, result, and counselling process.
