The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially closed the CUET UG 2026 application form correction window on February 11, 2026 (11:50 PM). Candidates who had successfully registered for the exam were allowed to edit specific details in their application form through the official website — cuet.nta.nic.in. Earlier, the CUET UG 2026 registration process concluded on February 4, 2026, while the last date to pay the application fee was February 7, 2026. The correction window was provided as a one-time facility.
Editable Details in CUET UG 2026 Form
During the correction period, candidates were allowed to modify certain fields, including:
- Father’s Name
- Mother’s Name
- Category / PwBD status
- NCC / Sports quota claim
- Class 10 & Class 12 qualification details
- Test subjects (maximum five)
- Examination city preference
- Medium of examination
- Signature upload
Candidates adding extra subjects were required to pay an additional application fee.
Non-Editable Details
As per NTA guidelines, the following details could not be changed:
- Candidate’s Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Nationality
- Permanent & Correspondence Address
- Emergency Contact Details
- Passport-size Photograph / Live Photograph
- Identity Details / APAAR ID
Once the correction form was submitted, it was permanently locked.

With the correction window now closed, NTA will move ahead with the next stages of the examination process:
CUET UG 2026 Intimation Slip
The advance city intimation slip is expected in the last week of April 2026, approximately 10 days before the exam. It will mention exam city, subject details, and slot timings.
CUET UG 2026 Exam Date
The CUET UG 2026 examination is scheduled to be conducted tentatively between May 11 and May 31, 2026 in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
CUET UG 2026 Admit Card
Admit cards will be issued 2–3 days before the exam date in multiple phases on the official website.Candidates are advised to regularly check cuet.nta.nic.in for the latest updates regarding the exam schedule, intimation slips, and admit card release.
