The Central Board of Secondary Education is preparing to release the CTET February 2026 notification, marking the beginning of another major cycle for teacher eligibility in India. With the exam already scheduled for February eight, the upcoming notification will provide clarity on application steps, eligibility requirements and documentation rules. The CTET exam continues to serve as a compulsory qualification for teaching posts in central schools, offering candidates an opportunity to strengthen their chances of securing primary and upper-primary teaching roles.

CTET February 2026 Exam Date and Shift Schedule Explained

The upcoming CTET session will be conducted at a national scale on February eight, two thousand twenty-six. CBSE has planned the exam across two separate shifts, maintaining its standard format for both levels.
