CSIR NET December 2025 result is expected by late January or early February 2026. Along with the CSIR NET December 2025 result, NTA will publish the final answer keys for all subjects.
The National Testing Agency is expected to announce the CSIR NET December 2025 result soon on its official website. Candidates who appeared for the national-level eligibility test are awaiting the release of their scorecards, which will be available online through the candidate login portal.
As per official updates and recent result trends, the CSIR NET December 2025 result is likely to be declared by the last week of January 2026 or early February 2026. Once released, candidates will be able to check their result using their application number and date of birth.
Over 2.12 Lakh Candidates Await CSIR NET 2025 Dec Results
The CSIR UGC NET December 2025 examination was conducted on 18 December 2025 in Computer Based Test mode. The examination was held across 225 cities nationwide for five science subjects.
These subjects include Chemical Sciences, Earth Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences. According to official data, a total of 2,12,552 candidates appeared for the examination.
The CSIR NET exam determines eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor positions in universities and colleges across India. After the results are declared, candidates will know whether they have qualified for JRF, Assistant Professor, or both categories.
CSIR NET Dec 2025 Final Answer Key and Cut-Off Marks to Be Released
Along with the CSIR NET December 2025 result, NTA will publish the final answer keys for all subjects. These final keys will reflect the changes made after reviewing objections raised against the provisional answer key.
The subject-wise cut-off marks for both JRF and Assistant Professor will also be released at the same time. Cut-offs will be declared separately for each subject and category. This will help candidates assess their chances of qualification clearly. The merit list will be prepared based on normalized scores, following the examination guidelines issued by the agency.

- Click on the Candidate Activity section on the homepage
- Select the Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2025 Score Card link
- Enter application number and date of birth
- Download and save the scorecard for future reference
The scorecard will display subject-wise marks, percentile score, and qualification status.
