Central Philippine University College of Nursing has announced an updated application schedule for incoming first-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing students for School Year 2026–2027. The revision has been made in view of the unusually high volume of applicants for the programme.
The college has advised all prospective students to carefully note the revised timelines and complete all admission-related requirements within the prescribed dates to avoid disqualification.
CPUCAT 2026 Deadline and Application Submission Date
As per the official advisory, the last date to take the CPU College Aptitude Test (CPUCAT) has been fixed as 24 January 2026. Applicants who already have a confirmed CPUCAT schedule have been advised not to reschedule their test unless it is absolutely necessary.
The deadline for submission of BSN Level 1 application requirements has been extended until 15 February 2026. The extension aims to provide adequate time for applicants to complete documentation following the aptitude test.
Application Guidelines for BSN Level 1 Admission 2026–27
The College of Nursing has outlined a clear set of application steps for candidates seeking admission to the first year of the BSN programme. Applicants must strictly follow the process to remain eligible for further evaluation.
Applicants are required to:
- Appear for the CPUCAT on or before 24 January 2026
- Pay the Nursing Aptitude Test (NAT) fee of INR 600 (non-refundable) as prescribed by the university
- Upload the required documents, including CPUCAT results, NAT fee receipt, and a formal letter of intention addressed to the Dean of the College of Nursing
- Ensure all submissions are completed by 15 February 2026
Different submission channels have been designated for senior high school graduates, second coursers, transferees, shiftees, and foreign applicants, as per institutional guidelines.
Nursing Aptitude Test Schedule and Further Communication
After successful submission of application documents, eligible applicants will receive official communication regarding their Nursing Aptitude Test (NAT) schedule. The NAT is scheduled to be conducted in February 2026.
