The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has officially announced the counselling schedule for UGET 2025 Rounds 3 and 4. Students who are participating in the admission process can now check the detailed timetable on the official website at comedk.org.

The counselling process for COMEDK UGET 2025 includes four rounds in total, covering choice filling, allotment, fee payment, reporting to institutes, and document verification. With the release of the new schedule, aspirants now have clarity on the next steps for securing their seats.

Round 3 Schedule for COMEDK UGET Counselling 2025

As per the notification, the Round 3 choice editing window will remain open from August 19 to 21, 2025. Candidates can modify their preferences during this time.

The seat allotment result for Round 3 will be declared on August 22, 2025, at 4 PM. Students who receive an allotment must confirm their seat by completing the fee payment and reporting process between August 22 (4 PM) and August 28, 2025. COMEDK UGET Counselling 2025 Round 4 Schedule (Tentative)

The fourth round of COMEDK counselling is scheduled to begin shortly after the completion of Round 3. The tentative schedule indicates that the choice filling process will take place from August 30 (10 AM) to September 1 (11 AM), 2025.

The Round 4 seat allotment list will be published on September 2, 2025, at 4 PM. Students allotted seats will be required to confirm their admission, pay the prescribed fee, and report to their respective institutes between September 2 and September 6, 2025.

Unlike earlier rounds, seat cancellation will not be permitted in Round 4, making it the final and binding round of the admission process.

It is important to note that both Round 3 and Round 4 are applicable only for General Merit (GM) seats. Any unfilled KKR (Karnataka-Kerala Region) seats from previous rounds are being converted into GM seats and will be offered during these stages.
