The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CMAT 2026 notification, officially starting the registration process for the national-level MBA entrance exam. Candidates seeking admission to AICTE-approved management institutes can now apply online at cmat.nta.nic.in.
The CMAT 2026 registration window will remain open from October 17 to November 17, 2025 (up to 11:50 PM), while the last date to pay the application fee is November 18, 2025. The CMAT 2026 exam date will be announced later by NTA.
CMAT 2026 Overview
The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by NTA for admission to more than 1,300 MBA colleges across India. The exam score is accepted by all AICTE-approved institutions offering postgraduate management programs.
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or those appearing in their final year of graduation are eligible to apply for CMAT 2026.
CMAT 2026 Exam Pattern and Syllabus
The CMAT 2026 exam pattern remains unchanged from the previous year. The test will be conducted online and will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) across five sections.
