CLAT 2026 Updates: Exam Timing, Guidelines & Paper Analysis

The CLAT 2026 Exam is scheduled for December 7, 2025, in pen-and-paper mode. The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will conduct the exam across 140+ test centres nationwide. Candidates appearing for undergraduate and postgraduate courses will appear at the same exam centres, with the exam conducted in a single slot from 2 PM to 4 PM.

 

Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates must adhere to the following exam day instructions:

  • Carry a printed copy of the CLAT 2026 Admit Card and a valid photo ID.
  • Arrive at the exam centre at least 30–45 minutes before reporting time.
  • Follow all COVID-19 protocols and instructions provided at the test centre.
  • Only permissible stationery items are allowed inside the exam hall.

 

How to Download CLAT Admit Card 2026?

  1. Visit the official website: consortiumofnlus.ac.in
  2. Enter login credentials (application number and password).
  3. Click on Download CLAT 2026 Admit Card.
  4. Take multiple printouts for future reference.
