Candidates can follow these steps to access and download the CLAT 2026 Round 1 seat allotment PDF:

- The seat allotment PDF list will open on the screen.

Seat Allotment and Counselling Options Explained
Once candidates check their allotment status, they must make a choice among the following options within the counselling deadline:
- Freeze: Candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seat and do not want to participate in further rounds can choose this option.
- Float: Candidates who accept the allotted seat but wish to pursue higher preferences in future rounds can choose this option.
- Exit: Candidates who do not wish to continue in the counselling process may exit and forfeit their claim to any NLU seat.
Candidates choosing either Freeze or Float must pay the confirmation fee of INR 20,000, which will be adjusted against the university admission fees.
