The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is expected to release the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) Datesheet 2026 soon. Once available, students will be able to download the timetable from the official website —cisce.org. Last year, the CISCE released the board exam timetable on November 25, 2024, while in 2023, it was announced on December 1. Based on this pattern, the CISCE Datesheet 2026 is likely to be declared around late November 2025.

 

ICSE and ISC Datesheet 2026: Expected Timeline

The council generally issues the timetable about two months before the commencement of examinations. Following past trends, the ICSE and ISC 2026 exams are expected to begin in February 2026, conducted in the traditional pen-and-paper format. In 2025, the exams started on February 18, with students given 15 minutes of reading time before the start of each paper. Examinations scheduled at 11:00 AM allowed reading time from 10:45 AM, while those at 9:00 AM began reading time at 8:45 AM.

Steps to Download ICSE, ISC Datesheet 2026

Students will be able to download the CISCE Board Exam 2026 timetable easily once released. Follow these simple steps:

  • Visit cisce.org.
  • Click on “Download ICSE or ISC Datesheet 2026 PDF.”
  • Choose the relevant link for Class 10 or Class 12.
  • The timetable will appear on the screen.
  • Verify the details and download it for future use.

 

Exam Preparation and Guidelines

The CISCE has advised students to thoroughly review the entire 2026 syllabus while preparing for the board exams. Practising previous years’ question papers can help in understanding the paper pattern and time management. Key points to note:

  • No student will be allowed in the exam hall without the ICSE/ISC 2026 hall ticket.
  • Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, calculators, or tablets will not be permitted.
  • Any use of unfair means during the examination will lead to disqualification.
