Chitkara University has successfully concluded the inaugural Amplify Leadership Series, a three-day residential faculty development programme attended by nearly 300 educators from India and Kuwait. The university has announced that the next edition of the programme will be held from June 26 to June 28, 2026, with an expected participation of around 350 educators.

The Chitkara University Amplify Leadership Series concluded successfully after a three-day residential faculty development programme hosted at the university's Punjab campus. The initiative was organised under the theme "Empowering Educators for a Changing World" and brought together nearly 300 faculty members, principals, academic administrators, and education leaders from different parts of India as well as Kuwait.

 

The programme was designed to create a collaborative learning environment where educators could strengthen leadership abilities, explore innovative teaching methodologies, and discuss the evolving role of technology in higher education. The event highlighted the growing importance of continuous professional development for teachers and academic leaders in an increasingly digital education ecosystem. The successful completion of the inaugural edition reflects the university's focus on creating platforms that encourage knowledge sharing, academic collaboration, and leadership excellence among educators.

 

Chitkara University Amplify Leadership Series Focused on AI, Leadership and Career Readiness

The Chitkara University Amplify Leadership Series programme featured multiple masterclasses organised under three major academic themes that addressed current challenges in education and institutional leadership.
