The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Chhattisgarh has announced that the CG NEET UG round 3 counselling registration 2025 will conclude today. Eligible candidates can fill the counselling registration form online till 11:59 PM at cgdme.in. This round is for admission to 85% state quota MBBS and BDS seats across Chhattisgarh.
Candidates who have not registered yet must complete the process today to participate in round 3 counselling. The choice filling and locking process is ongoing and will continue till October 23, 2025, 11:59 PM.
CG NEET UG Counselling 2025: Documents Required
Students should keep the following documents ready for the counselling process:
- NEET 2025 Admit Card & Scorecard
- Domicile Certificate of Chhattisgarh
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Passport)
- Class 10 & 12 Mark Sheets and Certificates
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)

After completing the registration, candidates can fill and lock their college and course preferences online.
- Log in to the candidate portal at cgdme.in.
- Create the preference list of colleges and courses.
- Complete the choice filling and locking before October 23, 2025, 11:59 PM.
