CDS 2 2025 Admit Card Today at upsc.gov.in, Exam on Sept 14

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is set to release the CDS 2 admit card 2025 today, September 3, 2025, on its official website, upsc.gov.in. Candidates who have registered will be able to download the hall ticket by entering their registration number, roll number, or name details. The Combined Defence Services (II) 2025 exam is scheduled for September 14, 2025.

 

The admit card will carry details like the exam date, centre address, and reporting time. Without the hall ticket, entry to the exam hall will not be permitted. The commission will not dispatch hard copies by post.

 

Steps to Download CDS 2 Admit Card 2025

Candidates can follow the procedure below to download their hall ticket once the link is active:

  1. Visit the official website: upsc.gov.in
  2. Click on ‘E-admit card Combined Defence Services II 2025’
  3. Read the instructions carefully and proceed by clicking ‘Yes’
  4. Choose login through Registration ID, Roll Number, or Name
  5. Enter the required details, such as Date of Birth and verification code
  6. Submit the form to view the admit card on screen
  7. Download and take a printout for future use

 

CDS 2 2025 Exam Pattern

The CDS exam will be held in offline mode (pen and paper). Below is the exam structure for reference. A three-line intro for table: The CDS exam pattern includes three papers for IMA, INA, and AFA, while OTA candidates appear for two. The marking scheme involves negative marking for wrong answers.

  • Each paper is of an objective type.
  • 1/3rd marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Candidates are advised to check all details carefully on their admit card, including name, photograph, and exam centre. In case of discrepancies, they should immediately report to UPSC.
