The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has revised the CBSE Exam Dates 2026 for Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations. As per the updated notification issued on 30 December 2025, the board has rescheduled select examination dates while keeping the remaining timetable unchanged. The CBSE Board Exams 2026 will now be conducted between 17 February 2026 and 10 April 2026 in pen and paper mode across examination centres in India and abroad.
CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 Exam Date Changes 2026
CBSE revised specific subject exam dates that were earlier scheduled on 03 March 2026. According to the updated schedule, the affected papers have been deferred to avoid overlap and ensure smooth conduct of examinations. As per the revised notice, the CBSE Class 10 examination scheduled on 03 March 2026 has been rescheduled to 11 March 2026, while the CBSE Class 12 examination originally planned for 03 March 2026 will now be held on 10 April 2026. Apart from these changes, no other modifications have been made to the CBSE date sheet.
