CBSE CTET 2026 Notification Out, Apply Online By Dec 18

The CTET 2026 notification has been released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The last date to submit the application form is December 18, 2025. The CTET 2026 exam date for the February 2026 session is February 8, 2026. The test will be held in two shifts: Paper I in the morning for primary level and Paper II in the afternoon for upper primary.

How to Apply for CTET 2026 February Session?

Candidates can fill out the form online by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official website: ctet.nic.in.
  2. Click on ‘Apply for CTET 2026’ on the homepage.
  3. Select ‘New Registration’ to begin.
  4. Read the instructions, acknowledge and proceed.
  5. Complete the registration by entering required details.
  6. Fill in the CTET application form, including personal, contact and educational information.
  7. Upload the required documents.
  8. Pay the CTET application fee through the available online options.
  9. Submit the form and download the confirmation page.

 

CTET February 2026 Session

The national-level teacher eligibility test will be held on February 8, 2026, in two shifts:

  • Paper I (Morning): For primary-level (Classes 1 to 5)
  • Paper II (Afternoon): For upper primary-level (Classes 6 to 8)
