CBSE Class 10 Second Board Exam 2026: LOC Submission Details

As per the official schedule released by CBSE, schools must complete the submission of the List of Candidates (LOC) for the second board examination starting from April 16, 2026. This submission window will remain open for a mere five days, closing automatically at 11:59:59 PM on April 20, 2026. It is crucial for schools to adhere strictly to this timeline, as any delays or incomplete submissions could jeopardize a student's eligibility to sit for the upcoming examination, which is scheduled for May 2026.

In a notable change to the examination administration process, CBSE has shifted the entire responsibility of LOC submission onto school authorities. This means that principals and designated staff members must ensure that:

• All candidate details are accurately entered.
• Submission is completed within the designated timeframe.
• Examination fees are collected and remitted without delay.
