CBSE Cancels Class 10 Exams in West Asian Region, Class 12 Postponed

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has cancelled Class 10 board examinations scheduled in the West Asian region from March 7 to March 11, 2026. Earlier postponed Class 10 exams scheduled for March 2, 5 and 6 have also been cancelled.

The Board has also postponed the Class 12 examination scheduled for March 7. CBSE said a revised date will be announced later, while students have been advised to stay in contact with their schools for further updates.

CBSE has cancelled the Class 10 board examinations scheduled between March 7 and March 11 in the West Asian region. The examinations that had earlier been postponed to March 2, March 5 and March 6 have also been cancelled.

The Board will separately announce how the results of Class 10 students in the Middle East region will be declared. Students and schools are required to follow further instructions issued by CBSE.

CBSE Class 12 Exam Postponed

The Class 12 examination scheduled for March 7 has been postponed. CBSE will announce a revised examination date after reviewing the situation.

The Board said it would review the circumstances and issue further directions regarding examinations scheduled from March 9 onwards. Students have been advised to remain in close contact with their schools.
