Key Details for Schools
Schools must follow the official CBSE guidelines while registering CWSN students. The Board has issued a circular dated August 27, 2025, outlining the requirements.
- Schools must log in to the Pariksha Sangam portal with their existing credentials.
- In the CWSN module, schools will find the list of candidates marked as CWSN in the List of Candidates (LOC).
- Facilities permissible for each category of disability will be displayed in the system.
- Once selected, the chosen facilities will automatically appear on the admit cards.
- Schools must upload all necessary documents while submitting requests.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Issued
The CBSE has attached a detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to guide schools through the process. It has also urged schools to complete submissions on time so that exam centres can prepare facilities without delay.
The Board emphasized that the details recorded now will be used during admit card generation and to make necessary arrangements at the exam centres. This step aims to ensure a smooth experience for students with special needs during the board examinations.
