- LOC Submission (Phase 1): 18 to 31 March 2026
- Fee Payment (Phase 1): 1–5 days after result declaration

- Fee Payment (Phase 2): 1–5 days after result declaration
- LOC Submission with Late Fee (Phase 3): 7–8 days after result declaration

The board has emphasized that the system will close at 11:59 pm on the last day of each phase.
