The CBSE 2026 LOC form submission for Classes 10 and 12 will close today at 11:59 PM on the official website cbse.gov.in. Schools that miss this deadline can still submit the form with a late fee until October 11, 2025. The CBSE Board Exams 2026 are scheduled to begin on February 17, 2026.

 

Schools are advised to complete the LOC submission promptly to avoid any last-minute technical issues or additional late fee charges.

 

CBSE 2026 LOC Form Submission Portal

The LOC (List of Candidates) form is mandatory for all CBSE-affiliated schools to register their students for the upcoming board exams 2026. Schools can access the LOC form via cbse.gov.in. The portal allows registration for both Class 10 and Class 12 students.

  • Last date with late fee: 11th October 2025

Steps to Fill CBSE 2026 LOC Form

Schools must follow the procedure below to submit the LOC form successfully:

  1. Visit the official website – cbse.gov.in.
  2. On the homepage, click the link for the Board Exam 2026.
  3. Select the LOC form link from the drop-down menu.
  4. Fill out the form and register online.
  5. Pay the late fee if applicable and click Submit.
  6. Download the confirmation page.
  7. Save a hard copy for future reference.
