CAT 2025 Question Paper PDF for Slot 1, 2 and 3 (Memory Based)

CAT 2025 Question Paper PDF for Slot 1, 2 and 3 (Memory Based) is now available based on candidates’ responses and expert analysis. IIM Kozhikode conducted CAT 2025 in three slots, and while the official question paper is not released by IIMs, the response sheet displays all questions attempted by candidates.

On 25 November 2025, CAT aspirants began sharing slot-wise memory-based questions from VARC, DILR and QA. These questions help candidates analyse difficulty level and estimate raw scores using the answer key and response sheet.

CAT 2025 Question Paper PDF Download (Memory Based)

CAT does not release the official paper PDF. Candidates can access slot-wise questions from their response sheet once it becomes available on the website. Coaching institutes also publish detailed memory-based papers after each slot.

How to Download Official CAT 2025 Question Paper?

The official CAT question paper is not shared separately. Candidates can access all questions from their response sheet. Below is the process:

1. Visit iimcat.ac.in.
2. Click the Login button.
3. Enter registration number and password.
4. Open the response sheet and answer key.
5. Download the sheet to view all questions of your slot.
