BSEB DElEd CET 2026 Second Dummy Admit Card Out on 5 February

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will issue the second dummy admit card for the Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) CET 2026 on 5 February 2026. Candidates registered for the exam can access and verify the document online through the official portal bsebdeled.com.

 

Second Dummy Admit Card Release and Download Window

The second dummy admit card will be available for download from 5 February 2026. Candidates must use their valid user ID and password to log in to the official website bsebdeled.com and retrieve their admit card for the DElEd CET 2026. According to the official notification, the dummy admit card will remain accessible until 10 February 2026, giving candidates time to verify and initiate corrections if required.

 

Correction Window and Fee Details

Candidates who notice discrepancies in their dummy admit card details can apply for corrections between 5 February and 10 February 2026. The board has clearly stated that no correction requests will be accepted after the deadline. If a candidate seeks to change their category status—for example from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Persons with Disabilities (PwD)—an additional correction fee of INR 200 must be paid. Failure to pay this fee will result in the non-issuance of the final admit card.

 

Bihar DElEd CET 2026 Exam Schedule

The Bihar DElEd CET 2026 is being conducted from 19 January to 18 February 2026. This entrance test is conducted as an offline exam with a total of 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for 120 marks, and the duration is 150 minutes. After the examination concludes, the board will publish a provisional answer key. Candidates will be able to raise objections to the provisional key between 26 February and 1 March 2026, following the prescribed procedure.
