The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the second dummy admit card for the Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test (DElEd CET) 2026 on 5 February 2026. Candidates who applied for the state‑level examination can now download and verify their admit cards online at the official portal bsebdeled.com.

Second Dummy Admit Card: Download and Verification Process

The second dummy admit card has been made available to help candidates verify and correct details before the final admission card is issued by the board. The admit card typically contains crucial information such as candidate name, exam city, category, registration number, and personal details.

To download the second dummy admit card:

  2. Click on the link for DElEd CET 2026 second dummy admit card.
  3. Enter your User ID and Password to log in.
  4. View and download the dummy admit card PDF.
  5. Check all details carefully and note any errors that need correction.

Candidates are advised to take multiple printouts of the dummy admit card for their records.

Edit Window and Correction Deadline

BSEB has opened a correction/edit window to allow candidates to update or fix any discrepancies in their dummy admit card. The correction window will remain open until 10 February 2026.

During this period, candidates should:

  • Carefully review all personal and exam‑related details.
  • Submit correction requests online through the portal.
  • Ensure corrections are submitted before the deadline to avoid issues in the final admit card.

No corrections will be accepted after the 10 February 2026 deadline. Candidates are urged to act promptly if any edits are required.

Category Change and Additional Fees

Candidates wishing to change their reservation category (for example, from SC/ST to unreserved) may need to pay an additional fee as specified by the board. Failure to pay this fee where required may result in the final admit card not being issued.

Final Admit Card and Exam Schedule

Once the edit window closes, BSEB will issue the final admit card, which can be downloaded and used to enter the DElEd CET 2026 exam hall. The exam is being conducted through various phases, and candidates should watch the official website for updates on the final admit card release date and exact exam date information. Candidates who complete verification and correction by 10 February 2026 will ensure their details are accurate on the final admit card, reducing the risk of discrepancies on exam day.
