Bihar Public Service Commission has released the second phase interview schedule for the 70th Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) from March 9 to April 10, 2026. Candidates can download their interview call letters from February 26 at the official BPSC portal.

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the second phase interview schedule for candidates of the 70th Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2026. The interviews are slated to be held from 9 March to 10 April 2026 at the BPSC office in Patna. This second phase of personality tests is organised for candidates who cleared the main written examination but were not included in the earlier interview phase. The first phase of interviews was conducted between 21 January and 28 February 2026.

 

Call Letters Available From February 26

Interview letters for the second phase will be made available for download online from 26 February 2026. Candidates must visit the official BPSC website and log in using their One Time Registration (OTR) credentials to access the call letter.

Candidates can follow these steps to download their interview call letter when available:

  1. Visit the official BPSC website: bpsc.bihar.gov.in
  2. Navigate to the Candidate Login section (bpsconline.bihar.gov.in)
  3. Enter OTR or login credentials
  4. Click the link for the 70th CCE Phase 2 Interview Call Letter
  5. Download and print the document for interview day

The call letter will contain crucial details, including interview date, time, venue and reporting instructions, which candidates must review carefully.

 

What to Expect in the Interview Phase?

The interview or Personality Test is the final stage in the BPSC 70th CCE selection process, conducted after the main written examination. In this round, candidates are evaluated on their overall suitability for civil services roles in the state government based on communication skills, problem-solving ability, personality traits and general awareness. Candidates who successfully clear the interview stage will move closer to final appointment and selection into various administrative services positions in Bihar.
