Bihar STET 2026: Exam Postponed, Check Revised Schedule Here

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has postponed the Bihar STET 2026 examination scheduled for November 4 to November 21, 2026. The decision was taken because the examination date clashed with tests conducted by central school organisations and the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS).

According to the latest update, BSEB will release revised admit cards for affected candidates on October 24, 2026. Candidates can check updates and access their hall tickets through the official Bihar STET examination portal. The change applies only to candidates whose examination was scheduled for November 4; other exam dates will remain unchanged.

Why Has BSEB Postponed the Bihar STET 2026 Exam?

BSEB rescheduled the November 4 examination because it coincided with examinations conducted by central school organisations and the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. The board has moved the affected STET examination to November 21 to address the scheduling clash.

Candidates should note that this is a change to a specific examination date, not a postponement of the entire Bihar STET 2026 examination. The board has clarified that tests scheduled on other dates will continue according to the previously announced timetable.
