Women candidates who had entered their husband’s name instead of father’s name during registration have been given a one-time opportunity for correction. The amendment window has been opened from 29 November 2025 to 3 December 2025. The Bihar STET 2025 exam was conducted between 14 October 2025 and 16 November 2025 across various centres in the state. This special correction facility is being provided to ensure uniformity in candidate records.
Bihar STET 2025 Correction Window for Female Candidates
The board has clearly stated that only those female candidates who mistakenly filled their husband’s name in place of their father’s name are eligible to use this correction facility. The amendment can be made only through the official login portal within the given dates. Before accessing the portal, candidates must keep their registration credentials ready. The correction window will remain strictly time-bound and no request will be accepted after the last date.

To complete the amendment, candidates need to log in to the official portal using their registration details. After logging in, the correction option will appear on the dashboard.

- Select the correction option
- Replace the husband’s name with the father’s name
- Submit and save the updated details

Bihar STET 2025 Answer Key Objection Update
Apart from the correction notice, the board has also closed the Bihar STET 2025 answer key objection window on 28 November 2025. The objection fee was fixed at INR 50 per question. The board had capped the total objection fee at INR 250, even if more than 5 questions were challenged. Earlier, the last date for raising objections was announced as 27 November 2025, which was later extended by the authority. The final result of Bihar STET 2025 is expected to be prepared based on the revised answer key after resolving all valid objections.

Female candidates are strongly advised to complete the correction process well before the deadline to avoid technical issues on the last day. The board has clearly stated that no offline request or late application will be entertained under any circumstances.
