As per the notification, PGMAC registration and choice filling will begin from 16 Dec 2025 for eligible candidates seeking admission to postgraduate medical seats in the state. The counselling process will be conducted entirely in online mode. Candidates who qualified in NEET PG 2025 and meet the state eligibility criteria can participate in Bihar PGMAC 2025 Round 2 counselling. The board has also released key dates related to rank card publication, seat allotment, and document verification.
Bihar NEET PG 2025 Round 2 Counselling Schedule
The complete counselling timetable plays a crucial role for candidates planning their admissions. It includes registration, choice filling, rank card release, seat allotment and reporting dates. Candidates must strictly adhere to the given timeline, as no extension is expected once the windows close. Before checking the table below, candidates should note that both registration and choice filling will close on the same date, with separate cut-off timings for each activity. The rank card will be issued before seat allotment to ensure transparency in the process.
Bihar PGMAC 2025 Registration and Choice Filling Process
The Bihar NEET PG 2025 Round 2 Registration Process will be carried out on the official counselling portal of BCECEB. Candidates must complete both registration and choice filling to be considered for seat allotment. Failure to lock choices before the deadline will result in automatic locking of the last saved preferences. The registration window will remain active from 16 Dec 2025 to 18 Dec 2025, while the choice filling facility will close at 11:59 PM on 18 Dec 2025. After this, no modifications will be allowed under any circumstances.
Documents Required for Bihar NEET PG 2025 Counselling
Document verification is a mandatory step for final admission after seat allotment. Candidates must carry all original certificates along with self-attested photocopies. The required documents include:
- NEET PG 2025 admit card and scorecard
- MBBS degree and mark sheets
- Internship completion certificate
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
- Valid photo identity proof
- Passport-size photographs and signatures
- Bihar domicile or residential certificate
- Caste certificate (SC, ST, EBC, BC) if applicable
- Disability certificate if applicable
Candidates failing to produce the required documents within the reporting schedule will forfeit their allotted seat. The Bihar NEET PG 2025 Round 2 seat allotment result will be declared on 23 Dec 2025, followed by offline document verification and admission from 25 Dec to 27 Dec 2025 at the allotted colleges. This round is expected to fill a large portion of the remaining postgraduate medical seats across government and private institutions in Bihar.
