Bihar Board Extends Class 10, 12 Registration Deadline 2026 to October

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has extended the online registration deadline for Class 10 and Intermediate (10+2) examinations 2026. The original deadline of October 6, 2025, has now been extended to October 20, 2025, giving students and schools additional time to complete the registration process. The extension applies to students who faced technical or logistical challenges during the earlier registration window. As per official statements on X (formerly Twitter), the board clarified that all registration or permission applications submitted between October 6 and October 20, 2025, must be accompanied by a declaration form signed by the student, parent or guardian, and the head of the educational institution. This form ensures the accuracy and verification of submitted details and must be uploaded on the BSEB portal.

Steps to Complete Bihar Board Registration 2026

Students and schools must follow these steps to successfully complete the registration:

1. Complete the online registration form on the BSEB portal before October 20, 2025.
2. Download the declaration form and have it signed by the student, guardian, and school principal.
3. Upload the signed declaration form on the BSEB portal to validate the registration data.
4. Pay any applicable late fee while submitting the registration.

This extension follows the previous late registration window, which closed on September 3, 2025. BSEB has emphasized completing the registration before the extended deadline to avoid last-minute issues and ensure participation in the Class 10 and 12 board exams 2026. Students are advised to act promptly and verify all details to avoid errors during the registration process. The BSEB registration extension ensures that all eligible candidates have an opportunity to appear for the upcoming 2026 board exams.
