BHEL Recruitment 2026: 16 Project Engineer Posts, Check Last Date

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is conducting recruitment for 16 Project Engineer posts under Advertisement No. FTA 01/2026. The positions are offered on a fixed-tenure basis.

BHEL Project Engineer Vacancy 2026

BHEL has announced 16 Project Engineer vacancies for its Electronics Division in Bengaluru. The recruitment is for the Defence and Aerospace Business Group and the engagement will be on a fixed-tenure basis for two years.

BHEL Recruitment 2026 Eligibility

Candidates applying for the Project Engineer posts must have a full-time degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation or Computer Science from a recognised university or institution.

Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks, while the minimum requirement is 50% for SC/ST candidates. A minimum of 12 months of relevant post-qualification work experience is also required.

The maximum age limit is 32 years as on August 1, 2026, with applicable relaxation for reserved and other eligible categories.

BHEL Project Engineer Salary 2026

Selected candidates will receive the following monthly compensation:

BHEL will also provide reimbursement of the premium for a Mediclaim policy of up to INR 5 lakh for the candidate and eligible family members, as per the recruitment conditions.

Candidates will be shortlisted for a Personal Interview. If the number of applications is significantly higher than the available vacancies, BHEL may shortlist candidates based on their qualifying degree marks before the interview stage.
