The Bank of Baroda (BOB) has officially announced the LBO Result 2025 for the recruitment of Local Bank Officers (LBO) under JMGS-I for 2,500 vacancies. Candidates who appeared for the online examination held on 06 September 2025 can now check their qualifying status via the result PDF released on the bank’s official website. The declaration of this result marks a major milestone for aspirants — those whose roll numbers appear in the list have cleared the written test and are eligible for further rounds of selection.
What the Result Means & What Happens Next?
Candidates who qualified will move to the next stages of the selection process, which include:
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT) — For states where local language skills are required.
- Document Verification (DV) — Verification of educational, identity, and category documents.
- Psychometric Test / Interview / Group Discussion (as applicable) — Final selection rounds before appointment.
Passing the written exam does not guarantee final selection: candidates must clear all subsequent stages — especially the LPT if applicable — to secure final appointment.
