The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has officially released the schedule for the first phase of Convenor Quota Counselling for AP PGECET 2025. Candidates who have qualified in AP PGECET and GATE/GPAT exams can now register online for the counselling process on the official portal pgecet-sche1.aptonline.in.
Important Dates for AP PGECET 2025 Counselling
The key dates for the first phase of the convenor quota counselling have been announced as follows:
Qualified candidates must complete their registration and pay the counselling processing fee by September 8, 2025. Document upload for verification should be done by September 12.
AP PGECET Counselling Fee Details
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable counselling fee through the official portal. The fee structure is as follows:
- SC/ST candidates: INR 500
- Other categories: INR 1000
Payment methods include net banking, credit card, and debit card. During payment, candidates must use their AP PGECET hall ticket number and rank details. It is advised to save the transaction ID for future reference.
Documents Required for Counselling
Candidates must upload the following documents during the counselling process:
- AP PGECET Rank Card
- AP PGECET Hall Ticket
- Provisional/Degree Certificate and Marks Memo of qualifying examination
- SSC or equivalent certificate
- Study certificates from Class 10th to Graduation or Residence Certificate for 7 years for private study candidates
- Integrated Community Certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Income Certificate/Ration Card/Household Card
- EWS Certificate (if applicable)
- Local Status Certificate
It’s important to note that seats remaining after allotment to GATE/GPAT candidates will be made available for those qualified through AP PGECET 2025.
