Candidates must complete the reporting process with the following documents: the allotment order, NEET scorecard, provisional verification form, academic mark sheets, transfer and study certificates, and caste or community certificates, where applicable.
They should also be prepared to pay the requisite counselling fee as specified in the allotment notification. Failure to report by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the allotted seat, so timely compliance is crucial. Below is the list of all documents required for the counselling process.
- Original allotment order issued by NTRUHS
- Printout of the online application form
- Provisional verification form
- NEET UG 2025 scorecard
- SSC or equivalent marksheet showing date of birth
- Memorandum of marks of the qualifying examination (Intermediate or equivalent)
- Intermediate Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Study certificates from 6th class to Intermediate
- Permanent caste certificate (Integrated community certificate)
- Minority certificate from the concerned department (if applicable)
- Income certificate of the parent issued by MRO, along with a copy of the white ration card
- Income and asset certificate valid for 2023β24 (for EWS category)
- Special category certificates, if applicable (PH/NCC/CAP/Sports/Anglo Indian)
- Local status certificate (for candidates who migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh)
