AP NEET UG Counselling 2025: Free Exit from Allotted Seats

The NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has announced that candidates allotted seats in AP NEET UG Counselling 2025 round 1 can exercise the free exit option until September 21, 2025, 4 PM. Students who wish to withdraw from their allotted seats must submit a request to the respective college principal within the given timeline.

  • Free exit facility available until September 21, 4 PM.
  • Resignation requests to be submitted to the college principal.
  • College authorities to return original documents and fees immediately.
  • Data will be frozen after September 21; no withdrawals permitted later.
  • Vacated seats will be filled in Phase 2 counselling.

 

Important Rules for Free Exit

  • Candidates using the free exit option will not be eligible for further rounds of Competent Authority Quota counselling.
  • However, they may still participate in the Management Quota Phase I counselling if allotted a seat.
  • Reported candidates who do not avail this facility within the given period cannot resign their seats in later counselling rounds.

 

NTRUHS Official Statement

The official notice stated: "Reported candidates who have not utilised the free exit facility as per the schedule cannot resign the seat during the course of admissions, that is, from Phase III counselling till closure of admissions."
