Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada, has reopened the Andhra Pradesh NEET PG 2025 counselling application window under the competent authority quota. Candidates can now apply by October 31, 2025, with an additional late fee.
The late fee window is available for in-service and non-service candidates seeking admission to postgraduate medical and diploma courses in government and private medical colleges across Andhra Pradesh.
AP NEET PG Counselling 2025 Late Fee Application Details
The university earlier conducted the AP NEET PG 2025 registration in September. Students were allowed to register without a late fee till the end of the month. Those who missed the previous deadline can now apply by paying the prescribed late fee and GST.
Candidates who have already registered must upload scanned copies of their original documents for verification.
AP NEET PG 2025 Counselling Eligibility and Restrictions
Dr NTRUHS also informed that 191 candidates have been barred from participating in the current counselling process. Among them, 22 candidates failed to report to their allotted colleges last year, while 169 discontinued their courses between 2022 and 2025.
The AP NEET PG counselling 2025 is conducted for admission to postgraduate medical and diploma programmes offered by government and unaided private minority and non-minority medical colleges.
AP NEET PG 2025 Application Fee and Late Fee Structure
Candidates are required to pay different late fees depending on where they completed their MBBS — within Andhra Pradesh, outside the state, or abroad. The application and processing fee, including late fee, is non-refundable and non-adjustable.

AP NEET PG 2025 Late Fee Policy
Andhra Pradesh is the only state to introduce a late fee provision for NEET PG applications. This allows candidates who missed the initial registration deadline to participate in counselling after paying an additional fee.
Dr NTRUHS has clarified that the application, processing, and late fees will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
