AP LAWCET & PGLCET 2026 Registration Soon; Exam Dates Announced

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will soon open registration for AP LAWCET 2026 and AP PGLCET 2026. These exams are mandatory for admission into 5-year integrated LLB, 3-year LLB, and LLM courses in the state. Candidates must apply through the official portal cets.apsche.ap.gov.in once the forms are live. The AP LAWCET 2026 exam is scheduled for May 4, 2026, while the exam date for AP PGLCET 2026 will be announced separately. Registration for both exams has not yet begun, but aspirants are advised to keep track of updates on the APSCHE portal.

 

AP LAWCET and PGLCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet eligibility requirements for the respective programmes to apply. The criteria are as follows:

LLB/BL degree (3 or 5 years) from recognized university

General: 45%, OBC: 42%, SC/ST: 40%

Candidates in the final year of their LLB/BL degree can also apply for AP PGLCET 2026 but must complete their degree before counselling.

 

How to Fill AP LAWCET/PGLCET 2026 Application Form?

Students can follow these steps to complete the application process:

  1. Visit the official APSCHE portal: cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/APSCHEHome.aspx
  2. Check eligibility criteria for the chosen course
  3. Fill in the application form with personal and academic details
  4. Pay the application fee as per the candidate’s category
  5. Verify the payment using qualifying exam hall ticket number and mobile number
  6. Submit the application form and take multiple printouts for future reference

Candidates must ensure all details are accurate before submission. Errors can lead to rejection during the counselling or admission process.
