These examinations are a crucial milestone for students across Andhra Pradesh appearing in Class 11 and Class 12 board exams. According to the officially released timetable, the theory exams for both 1st and 2nd year students will be conducted in a single forenoon session from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. Students are required to follow all exam day protocols issued by the board.

AP Inter Exam 2026 Timings and Reporting Instructions

The AP Inter examinations will run daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at designated exam centres across the state. Students must reach the centres well before the reporting time to complete mandatory processes such as frisking and document verification. Late entry after the scheduled reporting time will not be permitted, and students arriving even a minute late may be denied entry. Candidates are advised to report at their centres at least 30–45 minutes earlier to allow for security checks and seating arrangements. The board has emphasised strict adherence to reporting times to avoid last-minute issues on exam mornings.

Mandatory Documents for Exam Entry

Students appearing for the AP Inter IPE 2026 must carry the following documents to the examination centre:

  • Printed hall ticket (AP Inter Admit Card 2026) issued by BIEAP. Digital hall tickets shown on phones will not be accepted.
  • Original government-issued photo identity proof such as Aadhaar card, voter ID card, passport, or other valid ID.

These documents are essential for entry and identity verification at the exam centres.

Exam Centre Conduct and Security Measures

To conduct the examinations fairly and transparently, the BIEAP and district authorities have made comprehensive arrangements at all centres. Senior officials have been deployed, and live CCTV monitoring has been introduced in many centres to ensure discipline and prevent malpractice. Strict enforcement of rules is in place, and prohibited items such as mobile phones, smartwatches, and electronic devices are banned inside the exam hall. Candidates caught with such items may face disqualification or disciplinary action.

Exam Day Rules and Permitted Items

In addition to the hall ticket and photo ID, students should carry only permitted items, which typically include:

  • Blue or black ballpoint pen (for OMR/answer booklet)
  • Transparent pouch with essential stationery
  • Necessary medical supplies, if permitted by BIEAP

Items such as books, notes, calculators, and unauthorized material are strictly prohibited. Students must maintain silence and follow invigilator instructions throughout the exam session.
