The All India Management Association (AIMA) is set to release the MAT PBT Admit Card 2025 today, September 18, 2025. Candidates registered for the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) in the Paper-Based Test (PBT) mode will be able to download their hall ticket from the official website, mat.aima.in. The MAT is a national-level entrance examination conducted four times a year for admission to MBA and PGDM programmes across more than 600 business schools in India. For the September session, the Paper-Based Test will be held on September 21, 2025.
MAT PBT 2025: Exam Schedule
The Paper-Based Test will be conducted in a traditional pen-and-paper format. Candidates will receive a sealed question booklet and an OMR answer sheet. The schedule is as follows:
All questions will be compulsory, carrying equal marks. Negative marking will apply for wrong answers.
AIMA MAT PBT Admit Card 2025: How to Download?
Once the admit card is released, candidates can follow these steps to download:
- Visit the official website mat.aima.in.
- Click on the admit card download link available on the homepage.
- Enter login credentials such as registration number and date of birth.
- Submit the details to view the hall ticket.
- Download and take a clear printout for exam-day use.
Exam Day Guidelines
Candidates appearing for MAT PBT 2025 must adhere to the following rules:
- Carry a printed copy of the admit card and a valid photo ID proof.
- Use only a blue or black ballpoint pen to mark answers on the OMR sheet.
- Once an oval is darkened, it will be treated as the final answer.
- Rough work must be done only on the question booklet. No separate sheet will be provided.
- Candidates must not tear, bend, or damage the OMR sheet.
The test will run for two hours, during which candidates must attempt all 150 questions across sections on language comprehension, mathematical skills, data analysis, intelligence reasoning, and Indian/global environment.
Other MAT 2025 Updates
While the PBT hall tickets are being released today, it is important to note that registrations for MAT CBT 2025 will close on September 22, 2025. The computer-based test is scheduled to be conducted later in the month. Candidates planning to appear in multiple modes (PBT, CBT, and IBT) are advised to keep track of the admit card release dates for each test mode.
