AIBE 20 Question Paper 2025 and Difficulty Level

The AIBE 20 question paper 2025 is designed to test practical legal knowledge across key subjects such as Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Civil Procedure, Evidence Act, and Professional Ethics. Based on early candidate feedback and academic expectations, the overall difficulty level of AIBE 20 is expected to remain moderate. Before reviewing detailed trends, it is important to understand that the AIBE is a qualifying examination, and accuracy plays a more critical role than aggressive attempt strategies.

  • Questions are expected to be largely concept-based with practical orientation
  • Legal reasoning and case-based application are expected to carry significant weight
  • Professional Ethics and Advocacy are expected to remain scoring sections

The structure of the paper aligns with the standard AIBE format followed in previous sessions.

AIBE 20 Marking Scheme 2025

The marking scheme for AIBE 20 2025 follows the established qualifying structure. There is no negative marking, which allows candidates to attempt the full paper without penalty for incorrect answers. Before understanding score evaluation, candidates must note that the examination is strictly qualifying in nature and does not involve percentile-based ranking.

  • Correct answer: 1 mark
  • Incorrect answer: 0 mark deducted
  • Negative marking: Not applicable

The qualifying criteria will be notified separately by the Bar Council of India along with the result announcement.
