AIBE 20 Exam Analysis 2025: Difficulty Level, Good Attempts

The AIBE 20 Exam 2025 was conducted on 30-11-2025 in pen-and-paper mode across multiple test centres in India. The examination was held for law graduates seeking the mandatory Certificate of Practice to begin legal practice. The overall response from candidates indicated a moderate to difficult paper with strong focus on core legal subjects. The AIBE 20 provisional answer key 2025 is expected to be released shortly by the Bar Council of India. Once published, candidates will be able to calculate their tentative scores and assess qualifying chances.
Overall Difficulty Level of AIBE 20 Exam 2025
Based on feedback from candidates and academic experts, the overall difficulty level of AIBE 20 was rated between moderate and difficult. Core law subjects such as Constitutional Law, CPC, PIL, Cyber Law, and Tort Law were reported to be comparatively tougher. On the other hand, subjects like IPC, Family Law, Labour Law, and Professional Ethics were found to be easier. Questions were largely concept-based, and several sections contained application-oriented scenarios, testing practical legal understanding rather than factual memory.
AIBE 20 Subject-Wise Question Distribution and Difficulty
Before checking the subject-wise breakup, it is important to note that the paper carried a total of 100 questions from 19 legal subjects. This distribution plays a major role in understanding scoring strategy and cut-off trends.
AIBE 20 Answer Key 2025 and Result Process
The AIBE 20 Answer Key 2025 will be released on the official examination portal after completion of the evaluation process. Candidates will be allowed to raise objections against the provisional answer key within the notified timeline. After reviewing objections, the final answer key and result will be declared. Candidates who qualify the exam will receive the Certificate of Practice, which is mandatory for court practice under Bar Council regulations.
AIBE 20 Exam Timing and Exam Day Guidelines
The examination was conducted from 13:00 to 16:00. Candidates were required to carry their AIBE 20 Admit Card and a valid photo ID to the examination centre. Entry without hall ticket was strictly prohibited. Normalization was not applicable as the exam was conducted in a single shift.
