The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has extended the registration deadline for Round 3 of the AYUSH counselling 2025 (covering courses such as Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy) via the AIAPGET / NEET-AYUSH route. Eligible candidates can now register and fill choices till November 3, 2025.
Revised Counselling Schedule & Key Dates
The revised schedule for Round 3 of AYUSH counselling 2025 is as follows:
- Registration & Payment for Round 3: October 27 – November 3, 2025 (extended)
- Choice-Filling & Locking for Round 3: October 30 – November 3, 2025 (tentative)
- Seat Allotment Result for Round 3: Around November 6, 2025
- Reporting to Allotted Institute: Starting November 7, 2025 onwards
Candidates are advised to monitor the official portal — aaccc.gov.in — for the final schedule, allotment link and further updates.
Who is Eligible & What Courses Are Covered?
The AYUSH counselling via AACCC covers admissions into undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) AYUSH courses under All-India Quota (AIQ) in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, Homoeopathy and related disciplines.
Eligibility Highlights:
- For UG Courses (e.g., BAMS, BHMS): NEET UG qualification is mandatory.
- For PG Courses (AIAPGET-qualifiers): Those who have qualified the AIAPGET exam are eligible.
- Candidates must maintain the same personal & academic details as used in the entrance exam registrations to avoid disqualification.
Steps to Register for Round 3 of AYUSH Counselling
Candidates should follow these steps:
- Visit the official AACCC website – aaccc.gov.in
- Click on the “AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 3 Registration” link.
- Complete the online registration by entering NEET/AIAPGET roll number, personal details, and login credentials.
- Pay the non-refundable registration fee and the refundable security deposit (as per institute type) during registration.
- Fill and lock your preferred course and institution choices for Round 3 within the given timeline.
- Download the confirmation page and keep a print-out for future reference.
What Happens Next & Why This Extension Matters?
With the extension of registration to November 3, 2025, candidates now have additional time to complete the formality, especially those who missed earlier deadlines or are looking to upgrade their admission chances. The counselling process ensures fairness and optimal allocation of seats across AYUSH institutions under AIQ. Extension in the schedule may also accommodate any late withdrawals or seat vacancies from previous rounds, offering improved opportunities for aspirants. Candidates who do not register may lose eligibility for Round 3 and associated seat allotment.
