AAI Recruitment 2026 Eligibility

The educational qualification varies according to the post. Candidates applying for Manager positions must have the required degree or postgraduate qualification in the relevant discipline along with three years of relevant post-qualification experience.

For Junior Executive posts, candidates must have the required qualification in the relevant field. No prior work experience is required for Junior Executive positions.

The maximum age limit is 32 years for Manager posts and 27 years for Junior Executive posts, calculated as on September 7, 2026. Age relaxation will be available to eligible reserved categories as per government rules.

AAI Recruitment 2026 Application Fee

Candidates from the applicable General, OBC (NCL) and EWS categories have to pay an application fee of INR 1,000, inclusive of GST.

SC, ST, PwBD and women candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. Eligible AAI apprentices who have completed one year of apprenticeship training are also exempted.
